Tonight it's 'dillkött' - slow-cooked lamb served with a sweet and sour dill sauce. Traditional Swedish stuff.

Chicken Cordon Bleu & haricots vert ā l'ail - a delicious (and super easy) recipe from Harry Eastwood's Skinny French Kitchen cookbook.

My former pastor was from North Carolina, and he complained that when he told folks where he was from they automatically deducted 10 points from his IQ. (That was his joke, not mine...)
Let me dig this solid cat and see what jumps in that wig of his that's causing all the flip on the vine.

It was. I haven't made it for years and years, and now I wonder why.

Sounds great - I'll have to find a recipe.

I'm cooking tonight and had no idea what to do so got a couple of nice filet steaks and stuff for an organic salad.

Hey Flicka, the recipes I found via Google all seem to use veal as the meat. Is that traditional as well?

    Dinner tonight?

    In all likelihood...spaghetti.
...Where did you get that hat, where did you get that tile? Isn't it a nobby one and just the proper style! I should like to have one just the same as that. Whereever I go they'd shout "hello, where did you get that hat?..."
