    i've just put three of these French ties on EngBay 30s section. two of them for sale together.
    the rest are keepies, and i'll post some pics soon in the ties thread.

    Why do you think the single tie got a better price that the auction with two ties, since they were all damn good condition? Is there something special about the 'Rhodia Acetate' one?

    I think it has a cool pattern. Reminds me of Gary Cooper (but I think he wears houndtooth in the actual picture I had in mind)

    just because it was a jazzier, more unusual fabric.
