There is a slightly similar tweed jacket on Etsy. Not as old (seller dates is to 60's...) and with double vents. The fabric looks nice.

That's a great jacket, Mario, thanks for posting! I like it, but it's sooo . . . long. Was that the style for the era? At any rate, because of the length, it would be unflattering on a man my height (5'10"), I think
Hacking jackets are always longer than suit jackets--they literally are styled to look best when the wearer is seated on a horse, as opposed to standing. I am 5"9" and have a modern one from Bernard Weatherill--probably not as flattering but to change it would be to alter the integrity of the garment--it is what it is!
