Good call Sam! 12 O'clock High is an excellent movie.

Thanks. Actually used it as a leadership training film in the Corps. Excellent examples of various leadership styles, decisions under stress, etc. I also used some of the old public service films from the WWII period...had to make sure my men were aware of "good time girls."
