It's not THAT special but I like the pocket ... and the logo seem to aim at Palm Beach suits
The picture of the belt back (?) could be better and one would need to ask for the arm lenght.

I can't help but think that the orange FL label loosely resembles the PB label, at least at a cursory glance.
Pretend that you owe me nothing and all the world is green.
does the back have no pleats ?
if there's one thing that annoys me it's people who put a belt on a back but no pleats. completely defeats the purpose of a stitched down belt.![]()
True, hbk. Why bother with a belt, when you don't suppress the waist?
Regarding the label: At Ralph Lauren they sure took their history lessons.
A belt with pleats helps to accentuate the waist, giving a v-shape to the body. Without the pleats it doesn't and just draws attention to the fact that the cut is not as flattering as it could be.
i don't know.
even though i praised RRL in this post...

... there's something about Ralph Lauren that just irks me. is it because it essentially feels like vintage served up to tasteless yuppies ?
is it because he get's it so close to perfect but then ruins it with something stupid like low-rise trousers ?
is it just sour grapes because i can't afford it ?
i don't know.
