Continuation War (1941-1944) between Finnish and Soviet forces was the first period in Finnish history where colour photographs were taken in large quantities. Previously only few Finnish and foreign photographers had taken images of the Finnish landscape and cities in colour. A web page dedicated to C.G.E Mannerheim, President and Marshal of Finland, contains many photographers taken by the official Finnish Defence Forces photographers during the war. Unfortunately they are not available in large resolution but I can provide few larger resolution photographs later if there's any interest.
Comments and questions are, as usual, welcome. Here are just few examples of the photographs in the web page.
