I'm not the biggest fan of the A2, a bit plain for my tastes, but I think it looks good either:
a) when the fit is perfect, b) in heavy horsehide whereby the simple pattern shows off the fancy leather and this:

I just think it has a certain flair like this. Nice contrast.
