Everday clothes worn by Golden Era Stars

We all love to look at stars of the Golden Era dressed up to the nines, but for vintage inspiration I like to see actresses dressed in everyday clothes of the era.


Marjorie Main in The Women (1938). I like her blouse it looks a lot like the blouse that Heyday! has for sale on their website.


Marjorie again in The Thin Man. As much as I love Myra Loy's outfits in the movie, for everyday wear I much prefer Marjorie's dress. Look at the buttons, lovely.
