    Nice!

    Hey Marty,

I see in your profile you run a custom clothing shop. So do you sell these?

    Cheers

    Hi Peter,
I do sell them. I have a few resources for them. The one's in the green box are from a small company out of CA. They're a little smaller then most Ascots. I also have another company out of Canada that we have. They're a larger size Ascot. We don't sell a lot of Ascots. Pocket squares and Braces sell well. We actually sold out of male garters (go fiqure) and we're waiting for more to arrive. I do think Ascots are hip, and more people are starting to look at them.

    Wild Root:
Sharp, sharp, sharp! that is, inded, the way an ascot should be worn. I have a couple that I wear occasionally. They're very comfortable, especially in hot weather.

I wore one constantly at the Burning Man festival when we went a couple of years ago (a huge, artsy week-long festival in the middle of the Nevada desert, for people who are saying "huh?"). It's an alkalai desert so the dust is very drying; the ascot kept it from getting inside my shirt. I spent the week wearing khakis, a linen shirt, an ascot and a panama (a cheap one!) and felt cool(ish) and comfortable the whole time. (and, yes, I got called Indiana Jones more than a few times so I went to a workshop on how to crack a whip--given by a dominatrix from New York!! I now tell people that when I get comments!)

    Details Please

    Marty,

Do you have a website at all? What do the ascots cost? Do you have any pics of the larger ascots? Any in stripes?

Sorry for the flood of questions.

    Cheers

    Peter

    Shindeco,

Any pics of you wearing them? I myself don't have any, but might get the camera out and post some.

    Cheers

    Peter.

I think I have one of my partner and I on our honeymoon and we're both wearing ascots. I'll try and dig it out.

    3PieceSuitGuy,
We don't have a web site. It is however in the making. About the price's of the Ascots. I honestly don't know. They made it onto my selling floor without being priced (it's kind of hard to sell them if they're not priced, Duh). I'll look the price up and send you a private message. I don't think that Mr. MK would want me to post any prices's. I only have one larger Ascot in my inventory. However that can change whenever I want it to. If you have any specific styles, colors or patterns that you would like to see, send me message. I would consider it an honor to help any way I can. Thanks buddy.

Looks about right to me! Any smaller and I'd have to dig out a magnify glass!
