Maltese Falcon Replica - Advice Needed!

Hi everyone, I realise this is a subject that's been posted about before but I was wondering if anyone knows which of the various (available) replicas is the best one to go for?

Since trolling the internet today and looking up the posts here I've just got to have one for my office! Any advice is greatly appreciated...

    Michael.

MK's version is the best. But don't expect it to be an easy find.

Hi there, I think you're right, it's fantastic and, sadly, I don't think I'll be able to find one!

You could always post in the classifieds that you want one and maybe someone here might have one that they would want to sell, but i'd imagine you'd have to pay a hefty price. I have one but I'm not wanting to part with mine at this time unless it was the right price and even then I'm not sure if I could go through with it.

I'm pretty much resigned to getting one of the other makes available, they don't look as good but it's still a fun thing to have!

Haunted Studio ones occasionally drop to $50 or so if you watch Ebay.

Thanks Mike, that's good to know, the full price one is $150 on their website so I'll be checking eBay!

    Bump!

So which is the better dingus?

    For $125
The Haunted Studios is still around.

    For about $70
The Mysterious Bookshop in NY sells a relatively cheap one, no pics.

    For $Less?
This beater is also on eBay.

Anyone know of a limited edition FL/MK bird that needs a home?

I am debating buying this for myself or my father....his birthday is looming.
    Remember.
