last night was Luksusowa potato vodka before dinner, then a 2003 'reserva' Spanish rioja with a grilled sirloin.

Various Absinthe cocktails at a tasting with Ted Breaux. My favourite was the Sazerac.

I wish! Can't get that here, nor Strongbow or any other well known brands. However, I can get McKeown's cider...it's amazing!

He did also talk a little about Herbsaint and also a newer more authentic version He also mentioned an avid collector of all thing Herbsaint who had a hand in it.
