It was late, I was dragging, it was time for bed, so it was Bushmill's on the rocks and then lights out.

Hanssens' Oude Geuze

Wonderful beer and very nice brewery owners. I met them a few years ago in Philadelphia at a beer dinner. Tom D.

Chocolate Lemon Drop:
2 ounces chocolate vodka 1 ounce Cointreau Juice of half a medium sized lemon. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Quadruple it and you can make a good sized shaker full. I only had three. ![]()

Oh dear, debauchery was promised and debauchery was certainly delivered. On top of champagne there were cosmos and absinth.. I'll stear clear of absinth the next time!

If it was spelled "absinth", you didn't drink real absinthe.

I didn't look at the bottle, it was just served.. I spelled it that way, because I thought it was correct.

Ah I thought so! How was it? Darn shame that I missed it this year. Quote:
As it was the NSC, my guess is that it was La Fee Parisian, that what they usually get in/request.

La Fee Parisian is barely absinthe, the Windex™ colored La Fee Bohemian, is just dreadful.
