Epaulets/Armlets

I wasn't sure where to post these. They're not WWII, but are military.

They are from the 60s. I'm minimising, but don't really want to throw these out. I thought of eBay, but decided to start here. Would anyone like them?

Those are interesting item, I collect WWII militaria and have been to a lot of shows and so forth, I have never really seen these items before, maybe I have but have never payed them any mind. They might be worth a good bit, ya never know, I might check into these and see what I can find.
