Garod Radio Cabinet - NEED INFO

Hey all,

Was at a friends house today while she was moving in, and I was moving one of her furniture pieces which she said was given to her by her grandmother. It was a large, wooden cabinet about waist high, with the typical gold radio mesh in the front and it has two small doors in the upper left and right corners on the front.

Upon opening the left one, it contained a built-in vintage phonograph and the right door hid the radio face!

It said "Garod" on the front of the cabinet and on the back, but sadly, the ID label on the back had dried up and flaked away over the years. All that was left was "Garod Radios" and under that on the tage was "$150.00" in the same vintage print.

Anyone have anything on this one? Sorry, I have no pictures.

Mike
