1935 tailors' catalogue

I found this at the Costumer's Manifesto site. It's pretty fascinating to to me, so I thought I'd pass it along.

I also posted this link in a message in "The Golden Era" area of the Lounge, so I've been asked to delete this thread here. I will shortly, when folks have had a chance to notice THIS post. The title of the thread in "The Golden Era" is also "1935 tailors' catalogue."

See you in the funny papers,

Marlowe

Actually, I think it does better over here...
It is suits after all, and those looking for information on attire and clothing from the Golden era would be coming here.

Okay, you're the moderator! I think you're right, even though the link is not just about suits, it does seem to fit here better.

Excuse me, I gotta go bump that other one off now.

This thread deserved a bump, especially for its first post.
