Brown shoes/hat with suit?

Hello again!

Sorry if this question has been asked before, but can anyone tell me if it is a faux pas to wear a blue suit with brown shoes/hat? I've seen in done - sometimes it looks naff, other times fine...

Here are the suits I'm trying to match a pair of shoes and hat to (excuse the chalk marks - it is a work in progress):
