Its those fingerwaves again....
It's only slightly funny that if I do waves I end up with the same hair style my grandma had all those years ago. She is the one in the front in this picture, and obviously where I get my curls and waves from. The kewpie doll curl on the other girl just makes me giggle madly too! |

Wow! You really look a lot like your grandmother!
I actually *like* the silly curl on the other girl :P But I've always been one for extreme hairstyles! |

Yes, Neecerie, you and your grandma have strikingly similar features. What was the occasion of the photo and are the other two ladies related to you?

I am not sure of the occaision of the photo, there are a bunch of 'studio' shots of my grandmother and various other relatives. One of them is a -really- cool one of her sitting on a moon, its very neat. I will post it when I get it transferred to this computer. I -think- the other two are my grandmothers aunts, who she actually was very close in age to. |

Yes, I was thinking the same thing! I absolutely love the curl. I think it is done very well. |

That picture is adorable! And I certainly see a striking resemblance as well!
I can't help but wonder if her friend's little curl is really hard because of hair setting, or if it bounces when she walks or crinkles her forehead ![]() |

Great photo! I wear my hair in a longer version of my grandmother's style. I get to the end results in a different way (different way of rolling), but it is essentially the same. Probably because we both cut out own hair.
