That is quite possibly the ugliest thing one could do to a hat.

Stupid decision, imho.

what got me was they said the prices START at $1500. They could offer me $1500 to wear that thing in public and I still wouldn't do it.

You mean that you guys don?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t think that Indiana Jones would have a hat with his own picture on it?

I don't think the price takes the felt much into consideration... It's about the Tattoo

I want Pansies and roses tattooed on mine, what do you think?

I wonder if they'll leave the ribbon off and just tattoo that on too

Pansies AND roses? A bit dandy-ish, don't you think?

This is my 300th post.

This post should have been titled "Hat companies". The modern seems irrelevant, as little things like this (but not this specifically) have been pulled by companies and their marketing wings trying to sell head-wear for decades.

It is fairly obnoxious, but it is "business as usual" too.

Post was reactivated...last used in 2003! Always interesting to see what was written back then, but reactivating them does sometimes confuse...

Surely. It must be very difficult to balance "Never ask a question that has already been asked 100 times on this forum!" with "Don't ressurrect old posts".
