rare in studio acetate recording of VELVET UNDERGROUND bought at NYC Flea Market for 75cents...sold on eBay for a closing bid of $155,401.

I wonder if they'll ever release that on CD. It'd be cool to hear different versions of all those songs.

That would depend entirely on who owns the publishing rights to the songs. Whoever just bought the acetate - unless the buyer is a cover for the publisher - won't be able to legally release the tracks, although I don't suppose anyone would be too surprised if bootlegs started appearing.
