Spent several days in Crockett NF with some woodlore types this past weekend.
Built this elk and oryx meatloaf that I cut with about a pound and a half of ground bacon ends. Mmmmmm!

Beautiful,great scenery and pics.Yesterday was a lot of fun! I went hiking and Eagle watching at Starved Rock, Illinois though I only saw one male Bald Eagle (and didn't get a very good picture of him). I had a lot of fun hiking, though...
