Anyone have experience with Rolling Dub Trio boots?

I am thinking of ordering, from Japan to the US, a pair of RDT mid-cut Coupen boots. Which I have coveted for some time, and finally found a dealer who communicates in English and has a pair in stock for me. But with a no return policy, I am naturally leery of sizing. I think I have a good sense of what to expect, but would love some concrete feedback if anyone has any.

Also be interested, if anyone has worn these, how high the heel feels in real life. It looks a bit higher than I like, but wonder if it feels higher as you walk.
