Can anyone tell me when US made Fléchet hats appeared? I read that Bollman Hat Co. acquired license to make them, but I’d like to know when that occurred.

US made Flechet medium gray homburg:

The felt is actually nicer than I was expecting; not great but a lot nicer than say modern Stetson Royal quality. I do wish the crown was a bit higher.
