Excellent!
I love haiku, it can be so funny. or so poignant.

It's one of my favorite poetic forms. So simple yet evocative. The 5 syllable, 7 syllable, 5 syllable form forces the writer to refine their thought to fit the structure. A lovely Japanese art form.

Here's one for the Ladies of the Lounge..

Perfume on the air.
Gentlemen, remove your hats.
A Lady's in the room.

a Stratoliner,
Most sublime in vintage form,
nods to times gone by.

for Terry the Hat. :yo:

super bump, Randooch!

Thanks, Alan!

Here's one inspired jointly by today's gusty conditions and Manfred's signature use of male pronouns :):

He cleaves to my pate
When unignorable winds
Strive to toss him off.

Haiku for the little black hat

Like the index card,
five inches tall by three wide...
goes with everything.
