Please show your top 3 all time favorite leather jackets that are still being made today. So no vintage or phased out models. You do not have to own these jackets, just post which models you like best. All makers eligible. Time to dream! Please post only your top 3, not more. You have to make a decision, however tough it may be. ;) Also, please do post pics!

My winners are

3. Aero Barnstormer in Vicenza seal HH

2. Aero Rockafella in brown goat

Sadly, I don't own any of these jackets in these hides, neither do I have pics in my preferred leathers. But in my mind these are the best. ;)

Your #3 seems to be a whole bunch of jackets. Wasn't East-West a company whose jackets are now being reproduced?

This is also pretty much my wish list!

1. Norshor Leather N1 in cowhide, especially a two-tone version of seal/russet as featured on the Lounge here a while back.

2. Aero Sunburst in chestnut cowhide BUT with a regular halfbelt front - those straight handwarmer pockets don't move me at all.

3. Alexander Leathers Detroit, maybe in seal goatskin - something about the look of that jacket just appeals to me, especially the
near-vertical chest zipper and standard halfbelt in back.

In no particular order...

Schott Perfecto (a lot of folks do it well, some even better, but credit to the originators)

Aero Bootlegger (the first really great jacket I bought myself)

Aero Dustbowl wth non yoke front and one breast zip pocket

Honourable mention: Aero J106.

This list might change on any given day...

1) Schott Perfecto (618/118/etc.) in a tie with Aero Motorcycle Jacket, because the way they do this style is the best I've seen. I cannot make up my mind, but I did find Schott to be better for motorcycling so, Schott.
2) Bates Terminator 2 jacket, because it is a perfect D-pocket with all the features a motorcycle jacket should have (that neither of the Buco's ever had)
3) Vanson Enfield (close tie with Schott 689h, but let's go with Vanson)
