Yeah, @Peacoat reminded me of the Lexol cleaner. I too use that.

I have a few in black, too, but out of all of them, my brown one fits the best, and I think looks the best on me. Yours is a fantastic example. I only wish there was more known about the maker. I can't find any information about them, really.

If anyone wants a jacket that's truly made from thick leather, get Natal or early Walter Dyer. They're the exact same. And they're made from leather you can't believe anyone would make a jacket from.
