From the Vietnam era. Original 1965 US Navy goatskin G-1 jacket (Top Gun) in immaculate condition. Completely original jacket with all original parts in pristine condition.
NOTHING you need to do to this jacket, but wear it.
The goatskin leather is soft and supple, with no holes, scratches or stitch marks. Genuine mouton lamb fur collar is original and in perfect condition. Stitching is perfect. Zipper is clean and works 100%. Lining and label are spotless and completely original. Pockets are all clean and neat. Original cuffs and waistband, still strong and elastic, with one small repair to one of the cuffs, which is hardly noticeable and the cuff is solid and fully functional.
Bought this off a fellow lounger who had it in his personal collection for years without much wear.
I recently picked up a new Eastman M422a, which is slightly longer in the sleeves which suits me more as a personal preference… so have decided to let this one go.
This jacket comes from a non smoking / pet free home.
Tagged Size 40 - Chest: 21.5"+ Shoulders: 18 1/2" Arms: 26" Length: 26” outside.
For reference I am 5’10, 72kgs, 40” chest. All measurements unstretched.
Willing to eat the postage and import costs, but looking to recover only what i paid for it.
