Thanks, Bk! It was tricky, lots of study before attempting it. I made the cap from my 24.5 pattern, I'm a size 7 and I can adjust it to fit my head.

A comment about outstanding customer service from Barry.He made a custom cap for me and in discussing it with him I mentioned a minor fit issue that I could live with.Barry insisted on making me a new cap in record time...its just what I had in mind.
