I recently found a cool website where you can watch classic films from the 30s and 40s.....the ones that you'll never find on tv or on video (except 'Reefer Madness). Very low budget westerns, cops and robbers, war, etc. with actors I've never heard of. It's a non-profit site...sort of like an online library...that allows you to view and even download them for free. It's associated with the Smithsonian and the Library of Congress. You'll need QuickTime player. They're a hoot to watch if you're online late at night.

Have fun! Let me know what you think.

Once on the home page click on 'Feature Films' and then do some browsing. There is also 'SabuCat Movie Trailers' that's quite entertaining. Also...the 'Prelinger Archives' which has many of those old corny classroom films from the 40s and 50s. I really enjoy watching one of the feature flicks while fixing dinner.
