He obviously meant that the Duke and I could have passed for twins. ;)

    Greetings HatsRme et al:
Now there’s a look! Maltese Falcon beware! Great hat and trench.
    Be well. Bowen

  3. Crickets? ;)

  4. An old Borsalino I purchased and gave to my dad many years ago. It's a little small for me but with a gentle stretch I can wear it. From the Zlateff Bulgarian collection that is purported to have been made in the 1930s and kept in storage during WWII. Not sure this is true, but it is an earlier hat. A very fine velour that could be a cousin to another velour Columbo I purchased more recently.

Wow. The man could wear a hat. You're right, he had a terrific way of owning that lid... the original Friedman Front!? Great photo of a great man wearing a great hat.

  10. Quite a prize Justin. Super fluffy!

    Love that color!

If you only had one hat...this would be just right. Keep showing it to us.

Such a legacy hat Alan. Wear it with honor.

    Greetings Justin et al:
Stellar hat Sir, so old and bold. It reminds me of a black bear in the sunshine, or your pup. Nice pup there.
    Be well. Bowen
