I have done the Ivy style cap, thats round in front and 3 darts on the rear, and still working on making 8 panel newsboys in the near future.

Johnny, you seriously make some of the nicest caps I have ever seen. The quality of your leather sweats, the color of the leather, your fabrics, the stitching detail of your fabric seams, your liner logo, your liner material.....everything is seriously just superb. My dad has been looking for a cap and I think I might just have a certain cap maker in mind...

Quick side note, are you using a Singer 107W9 to make that awesome VVVVVV stitch pattern on the sweatband?

Garrett, sorry bout that. I cleared it.

Josh, thank you for the kind words. I use a Singer 107W53 for that zig zag stitching. Works great and is built like a tank; very heavy.

I received my new cap this afternoon and it is fantastic. Would have taken a Noggin shot but it was rainy and dark this afternoon and I don't like taking pictures of caps or hat's with indoor lighting. Hope to take a Photo tomorrow.

Here's my new Cordova cap. The fabric is 40's vintage that I found on eBay. I had it shipped straight to Johnny.
He has enough for two more caps.

Cap is 10 1/2 Inch dia.
Johnny changed the bill design some since my last cap.

Drape on cap is great lets you adjust the cap to your liking
With out having to much fabric.
