Yes, with age, it seems as if after beer4, the treks to the bathroom become much more frequent. The same can be said for coffee.

When I used to work for Coke out here, we had access to all kinds of different formulas for Coke around the world. Japan has the best if you listen to my brother-in-law's taste.

Cabernet/Syrah blend from Casillero Del Diablo.
I think the spelling is correct, the label gets blurry after awhile.
Of course this is the second bottle I've had to fish the cork out of.
I hate that.

Type of sweetener, for one. Coke from Mexico has sugar, not corn syrup (at least that is what is listed on the label).

That is one thing but the stuff for Japan had a ginger taste to it. Kind of strange when you are used to the regular stuff.

Friday night was a wine tasting of southern rhones from 2007.
from Cotes du Rhone through Chateneuf du Pape.

I love the Cotes Du Rhone area, my favorite maker being Chapoutier.

Of course that being said, I'm currently going through a bottle of Casillero Del Diablo Carmenere 2011.
I like to branch out on occasion.

La Bastide Saint Dominique and Clos de L'Oratoire des Papes.
And if you had monopolized those, you would have missed:
the Domaine de Font-Sane Tradition Gigondas,
the Château de Roques Vacqueyras,
the Domaine le Couroulu Vacqueyras, and
the Jean-Marie Arnoux Vacqueyras.
