Looking good Mark. Be careful about using that Tawny word, you could get slapped down...

Later my true brown Selentino with the black ribbon. Holds up well in the rain and snow......and yes.....this is one of the few I wear brim up only......love their liners!!

This one seems to have kind of a tapered crown, did it come that way? Nice looking hat.

I really love that color Rodolfo. That one is a beaut.

Thanks, Mike. That list is getting pretty long, no?
Sent directly from my mind to yours.

A fine Wednesday for a Whippet ('40's Stetson)
Great looking ribbon on that Whippet Justin. Very impressive.

Mail Call! Another eBay find Cowboy Conversion of an American Hat Company 15X. Tan with a beautiful ribbon. I’m told he re-blocked it himself. He did a great job!

Really like the highlight in that ribbon. Very nice looking hat you ended up with.

Today’s haul from Goodwill! I need another western 3X Stetson like another hole in my head but couldn’t resist.

If you have too many, I could help with that... Still looking for my first OR type.

Greetings Mayserwegener et al:
Sir, everyday you have the most distinctive, distinguished assortment of hats of which i know nothing of. It seems each one is of quality above par in terms of fit and finish of most hats i see. Thank you for sharing so much so often so diligently.
That being said in all sincerity, THIS hat is one hat i believe i enjoy as much as some of the most “everything” coveted hats i have seen on the lounge ever! Every little thing about it i love! What a treat you have amongst so many. Thanks for sharing.
Be well. Bowen

Yes, it is quite tapered, kind of like those German hunting hats. And on THIS hat it actually looks good. Normally I don't like that amount of (or much of any) taper......I think I have 5 Selentino's.......each quite differant.

Yes, Andy. That's him.
A shout out email isn't a bad idea. I'm on another discussion forum which does that if a forum member hasn't posted in a while. There was another one I was thinking about too. He went by another lounge name but his real name is Richard. He hailed from Great Britain and he had a nice collection of lids too. He hasn't been here forever, either.
I remember Richard. What about GregNYC? Some people get on here and go full speed ahead for years then just disappear.
I really miss delectans' posts.

Hey all!
Brent "The Airlite" on a bright but nippy afternoon.
Have a great day!

Great Airlite. It is interesting, I have an Adam "Feather Lite" going to Stefan, the tag under the sweat calls it an "Airlite".

Wow Justin, this one looks like it is in great shape for almost being 100 years old. You are really a lucky guy.

That is a Beast! To quote our beloved Ant!

Is that hat as light blue as it appears in these photos? I've always loved this one.
