I can't find a 'real world' address on their site (a legal requirement under UK law), but that may be an oversight. They do appear to be a 'real' business.

Yes they're legit, I've bought a couple of pairs of boots from them, Jamie is the owner if I recall. He even offered to drop in with one pair so i could try them on first, I declined, they're based near Bristol.

I bought a couple of custom made White's boots about 3 years ago. Very friendly customer service and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommendable!

I also from Italy buy with a certain regularity from Jamie, he has always been impeccable
Yes, I was also always talking to Jamie....no worries everything will work well for you....in my case I ordered custom made boots which took 4-6 weeks. Go for it :)

Great looking stuff, though the prices are clawing their way towards Son of Stag territory...

True, though I was tempted by a pair of the shorter Chippewa engineers at £160.... I'm seeing a pair of 7" engineers as a plausible alternative to penny loafers when flying. Not quite as convenient, but close to it, and more suitable at destination in wet and cold weather....

Yes, admittedly, the boots and some of the reduced items are attainable. I'm so conditioned to these types of shops being wall-to-wall unaffordable that it's almost not worth trawling the website, but I may have a deeper delve (payday is approaching!).

The scary thing about places like this is how some of the prices can make others seem more reasonable. I know that when I saw a pair of Japanese Gleem brand engineer boots in Clutch Cafe, the £350 price label seemed quite cheap compared to the Clinch boots at £1599.....!

I was talking to somebody at work about the cost of leather jackets and as I walking through the sort of prices you can (and most of us have) paid for stuff it occurred to how decadent it all sounded. Thank god I didn't get on to the prices people pay for denim around here!
I still remember, during the Aero trial back in 2015, the Fiscal had gone through the list of stuff that had been stolen and their prices, before stopping for a break. Once the jury had left the room, the clerk of the court let fly: "I have to ask, who in their right mind would be £200 for a pair of jeans?!"
Cue much laughter from the back of the public gallery...

That's a great story.

As to the spirit of the clerks question, I still can't get over Iron Hearts prices.

It’s a legit business with a standard return process. I don’t see why worrying about ordering from them if there is something to your interest in their offering.

Yeah, I've never got it either. I tried a pair of their jeans on, 23oz I think, and they were such a pain in the ass to button up that I went with a pair of 12oz Lee Archives instead, which are now my favourite jeans.

I made a costly mistake of buying a pair of 25oz 666 denim,,was very nearly caught out after having a couple of beers in a pub in Glasgow’s west end,,,still have nightmares about trying to get them undone,,,they were in the classifieds the next day :)
