It pains me to sell this Aero Board Racer. It is by far one of the best leather jackets I have ever owned. Unfortunately, it no longer fits me comfortably across the shoulders as since getting this jacket I started working out and swimming again which has resulted in larger shoulders and a broader upper back. The jacket is in excellent condition and comes from a smoke & pet free home. It has a lifetime of wear ahead of it.

$750.00 For sale in the US only. PayPal only.

Thank you for looking and let me know if you have any questions. Sale is final. No returns.

I bought this jacket from Thurston Bros and below are the specs:

STYLE- Buco-style Board Racer with J-100 back (straight yoke, no vertical split seam, no internal kidney panel and no external kidney panel), Buco collar, two horizontalchest pockets, Olive Drab stitching, Buco label and no windflap

SIZE- 42

LEATHER-Vicenza Horsehide

COLOUR-Black

GRAIN-Standard (some grain, some smooth)

*Aero uses full grain leathers, which are the most sought-after and most expensive in the world. These leathers have a natural, uncorrected finish that can vary in grain, color and character.

ZIPPER METAL TYPE-Nickel Talon (Sunburst box) front zipper with nickel diamondpulls on chest pockets

LINING- Black cotton sateen

SLEEVE LENGTH- 25 inches (fit jacket 26.5 inches)

BODY LENGTH- 25.75 inches (fit jacket is 26.25 inches)

INSIDE POCKETS- Left side vertical interior pocket with no closure

Nice jacket. You say the fit has become tight in the shoulders. Can you post the measurements of the shoulders, and the chest, so people might know if it would fit them? It also may be useful to confirm the length and sleeve length; what you ask from the maker and what you get are not always the same.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I'll try and get the measurements up in the next day or so.

Finally got around to taking some measurements. Please see below:

Shoulder to shoulder : 17”
Pit to pit: 20”
Sleeve: 24.5”

With the above measurements, is it safe to say that it fits more like a size 40?
