Continuing with wearing in jackets, I lowered the air-conditioning to 'bracing' and am giving the Work Coat in russet Badalassi some air and the grain is starting to come through. I also bought a Pike Bros deck jacket - I sized down, as over a Hanes Beefy T-shirt, it sorts out cold weather quite well. They'll both be in the luggage if I make it back to Seoul this winter.

Not really. We just don't have a real winter. We have summer from July-early October and then we have spring the rest of the year.

Schott 184sm arrived today and the naked cowhide is as expected and the brown is gorgeous. Was advertised as new old stock with tags, white tag indicates a 1993 But I have questions. Still trying to find someone that wears a jacket with 28” sleeves and a 26” body (maybe it’s me) and I am going to decide if it fits me well enough. Not sure the logic of this with Schott but I know it is the style of a G-1 on some level. Has the collar and removable liner. Size 52R for reference

Cool detail for sure. Curious if you happen to know the year of your black one. Mine is Listed as a 1993 but Schott only used that logo zipper pull in the mid-80’s based on all I have read on the Schott forum. (Gail)
