Oh no, sorry to hear that the armpits are too big on yours.

Both of my LW A2s fit me perfectly - I have one in horse and one in goat. I got the horse from Japan and it's a little smaller even though it's labeled the same size.

I'm actually wearing the goatskin right now, even though it's already too hot out for it. I want to get a few more days wear out of it before the heat gets unbearable....

Thanks! bought mine here. I think it was new, it sure didn’t show any signs of wear. I’ve been wearing the hell out of it because I love grainy horsehide..

Hey,

Kind of new to the forum but have been checking here for a while for tips etc so apologies if this is the wrong place to post.

But today scored this absolutely awesome Steerhide Aero Jean jacket from a class guy on vinted who said he got it about 30 years ago in Kensington.

I have 2 schotts, a size 40 613 for more casual wear, 42 618 to wear on my bike and have been hunting for a type 3 / trucker style for ages but never really found one that was the right fit. I wanted it to be fitted and short like an old jean jacket.

Well this jacket arrived today and it's absolutely the one! Light weight leather but still feels very tough, construction looks class, looks as though it has had very minimal wear but has some cool patina on it already. Absolute gem of a find and may now be able to chill out and stop searching for new jackets for a while.

Never seen one of these before or with this label so feels pretty special tagged as a 42 but fits like a 40 as if it was made to measure for me.

Thrifted this lambskin Type I style jacket from the 70s. It fits perfectly, but I can’t find anything on the brand, Rhodes.

The label seems to be peeling off like it was just glued to the lining which makes me think it replaced the old label. It says 46 but it fits me like a 42.

If I were to guess, I would say this is probably a vintage Wilson’s Leather jacket.

Wore another deer all day. In the rain, cold…inside the house. I really am digging these, even more than the suede versions I have. Deerskin is an absolute banger hide. Thick but soft as linen. It’s a leather that you actually forget you’re wearing.
