Where are you guys finding these wonderful Panama Hats? Ebay has crap and I find nothing in my size (60.5).

I was afraid it would be a futile pursuit . Does anybody know a htter with inexpensive straw bodies who will block and shape to order? I've bought one in the past from Mike at NW. He's the best, but out of my budget.

Hi: I received as a gift a lovely Bigali Ecuador made straw hat. The problem is It is so stiff It won't breathe and is hot to wear. Is there anything I can do to soften the hat and improve the breath-ability without damaging the straw or distorting the shape?
