I have DelMonico block my hats Long Oval and it takes care of the "taco-ing". True, the Royal felt feels more dressy and the 6X feels more durable. I treat mine a little differently too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I believe they are out of the Stetson OR Panama (for good) and they recommend the DelMonico Stockman. I can attest to it as a fine alternative. I wore mine today. I did trim the tails of the ribbon back about an inch after I took this picture. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
