Jazz requires improvisation. Sure, Gershwin wrote a lot of jazz pieces, but the ones we listed are not improvised, but fully written out - so classical, only using jazz rhythms and harmonies.
Of course, if we do not call classical only the pieces from the classical era, when Haydn and Mozart...
What about Hindemith's Ragtime (wohltemperiert)?

Also Milhaud's La creation du monde:

Milhaud was, curiously, the teacher of famous jazz pianist Dave Brubeck.

Here are a few:
Maurice Ravel - Gaspard de la nuit - II Le gibet (means: The gallows):

You can also try III Scarbo from the same suite.
Vaughan Williams' 6th Symphony, especially the last movement...
Try George Gershwin's music. He wrote a lot of popular jazz music, but his "classical" pieces sound more like what you mention: Rhapsody in Blue, American in Paris, but also some less known gems like the Second Rhapsody, Cathfish Row suite, Variations on 'I got rhythm', Cuban Overture...
There should be more discussion about classical music on the Lounge. ;) Here is the first movement of the great Sinfonia Antartica by Ralph Vaughan Williams - one of his pieces that do not sound British-rustical. :)

I believe that there is an analogy between warm weather dinner dress jacket and trousers - there are self faced lapels on a white jacket, so I think that there should be no stripes on white trousers.
