It was sold in a Borsalino shop in Rue de Grenelle, Paris. I took some photos of the label, but it doesn’t mention what animal it was.

No, I can only find the material of the lining. I was just a bit surprised by the original price of 650€ - okay, it was bought in Paris, but 650€ for a more or less „standard Borsalino“ seems to be a lot.

Thanks for the helpful replies! I really like the color of the hat. It‘s a very nice light blue - the pictures don‘t cover that exactly as it seems to be more grey as it is in reality. I‘ll add two more pictures from tue inside of the hat.

Hey guys. I'll ask my question in this old thread.. May I use hat stiffener on fur felt hats? This might be not the smartest question on earth but i don't wanna do something wrong. I have a nice fur felt hat that has no stiffness on some parts. I steamed it but it always loses it's shape after...

Thanks guys! Yeah, i won't wear that hat on rainy days. :) I heard that sunlight isn't that good either; but i can wear it without any problems on hot summer days, I guess? That's just an advice for the storage? How often should the hat be sprayed with some water? Edit:
