    Vintage Suiting Fabric

I think the coarseness you're referring to is due to the high twist of the yarns. You could try looking at Dugdale Brothers' Tropicalair fabrics or Fox Brothers Fox Air.

The Progressive Tailor magazine: Three volumes from the 30s

I managed to track down three copies of the Progressive Tailor magazine from the 30s period and thought I'd share my scans of them here, in case anyone has some use for them. https://archive.org/details/theprogressivetailorvol.20springandsummer1930no.1...

WTB any 1930s-1940s copies of "The Progressive Tailor"

As it says in the thread title, I'm looking for any copies of The Progressive Tailor periodical that covers the 30s to 40s. If anyone has these and is unwilling to part with them, I'd be willing to pay to have them digitally scanned.

Hi. The jazz suit drafts you uploaded here http://www.thefedoralounge.com/threads/the-vintage-tailoring-thread.63545/page-18 are too small to be legible. Would it be possible to upload them on an image host that doesn't downsize them? I would greatly appreciate it. Regards, Edouard de Villiers
