These are in far better condition than the ones I researched being offered on Ebay now - and about half the average price. 
I'll give first shot here, then if no takers in a few days I'll cast them into the 'bay.

Only the slightest evidence of wear on the soles/heels and insoles. Very clean, though, inside & out. The uppers are pristine all around. Low, low miles on these.
They are a full 10D. Compare the measurements below.
