Don't know about a full bra, but I had to wear plastic breast guards inside my bra for kickboxing. They're not too bad and better than getting hurt.

When I worked in a factory, there was a gal on my machine who could have used something like that -- she got a breast caught in a moving part and was badly injured. Breast guards might have been uncomfortable, but a lot less so than the alternative.

I just can't imagine wearing one of those in the summer. I'd sweat to death. I'd start work as a C and leave an A. Of course, as Lizzie says, at least I'd be leaving.

Believe me, with or without those you'd be sweating to death if you work outside construction. Hard hat and safety glasses make seeing hard to do lol, sweat dripping down your face and in your eyes and the googles fogging from the body heat lol. Interesting though....very interesting.

I wore a plastic bra shaped plate, lovingly refered to as my "bumper", under my fencing jacket. They aren't terribly uncomfortable. It was better than all the sabre bruises.

There are modern companies that make sports bras with insertable plastic cups for those who play full-contact sports. I'm sure there are other uses here as well.
