Just checking to see if I am an Oddball. Which is fine since I am used to it being a Hat wearer.

How much time do you spend in the hat section compared to other parts of the Fedora Lounge. (classifieds don't count).

have fun

Always give a look in the hat section... Always someting interesting to see. But I like too the other rooms - where I usually post. I realli don't know much about hats, except that I like to use one.

I found the Lounge through my interest in hats, with a link I came across in another forum. At the beginning I spent the time just at the Hat forum, but later on I diversified a little, mostly the other clothing fora. Even so, I predominatly visit the hat forum, let's say a 80/20 proportion. And my interventions are principally there, too.

I've never actually spent any time in any other sections than the hat section. I have perhaps clicked on one of the other sections once or twice, but that's it.

So, 100% is my final answer.

I normally just click the new posts button. That normally takes me here, although I prefer the General Attire section, as it generally applies to me more, and when I stick around here I end up going to ebay and spending money.

However, since the General Attire section does not have Neo updating every ten minutes or so, I generally end up looking in the Hats section most.

In the beginning, I spent 100% of my time here. Then I got sucked into a few threads in Observation. I don't really spend as much time in Hats anymore, because, it's mostly posting photos of your hat, and looking back, I wasted people's time with too many photos of the same hat over and over again as it is. There are a few sections of the forums that have at least one thread that I follow, but there's no section that holds my attention all the time. I'm voting 40. 40 here, 40 Observation, 5 Movies, 5 Golden, and the other 2% each for music, art, connoisseur, attire and WWII - something like that anyway.

I spend a fair deal of time in the General Attire, The Moving Picture, and Radio sections. I used to visit the WWII section but found that it can sometimes get...heated...there. I chose 80%, although it's probably closer to 75%.

Like others, I found tFL while researching hats, and spent most of my time in the hat section. But I very quickly decided to use the New Posts button and visit most other sections as well. But I probably spend at least half my time in hats.

The Hats Forum is my favorite, but I like to check out General Attire, Suits, The Motion Pictures, Observation, and occasionally the Radio forums often as well. For the Hat Forum, I'd say between 60% to 70% of my time is spent here.

Another New Posts guy here. I would guess that I spend maybe 20% of my FLounge time in Hats, possibly less. While I'm a big fan of hats and am a regular wearer they don't rise to fetish level with me. I consider them just one of the several components that make up my wardrobe.

I also tend to use the New Posts button to see what looks interesting that day and then click on it. I usually don't know what 'room' I am in or see any distinction. If a topic looks interesting I will read it and join in if I have anything to contribute.

Hi

I put 60%, I use the new posts almost every time I logon. Picking through the thread titles, especially new ones can get dicey. Now I always check which section that the new posts are in. A couple of accidental drops into the the Beauty and Powder Rooms left me scarred for life. Thankfully I can no longer remember why I'm scarred, just that I am...
