So bummed... a seller on etsy has made and retails this dress (or one a LOT like it) and has either stopped making it or closed up shop all together. I was really hoping I could help you out because it's very, very cute all done up.

Ih ave that pattern and I love it. I haven't made it yet becuase I have to grade it down a size. I know that Short Clara made it but she doesn't post here anymore. I have seen it made up on etsy also.

A St. Patrick's print woulds be adorable. I have some multi colored ginham Seersucker fabric that I got from the thrift shop but I am not sure if that will work.

This is a big help as it appears it would be short waisted on me.
