^^I particularly like the first and last ones. They appear to be color variations on the same design, correct? Any labels on them?

You are correct on the same design. No Labels and both kind of odd. They are knit or appear to be, almost tatted, I guess. Of what Material, I'm not sure, it doesn't feel like wool, it's almost a rayon-y feel. They're a bit short, about 47" and it's difficult to discern which is the front vs the tail.

Here is the Green one held up to the light. This is from the front of the tie.

^^It kind of looks like a panel tie, which were popular in the early-'40s; rayon is a possible fabric. The length would at least peg it for 1940s.

I did a google on panel tie panel necktie and amnot getting anything usefull (perhaps too bleary eyed at 1 AM EST) What does the name refer to. A Brand? A Style?

I'm going to be selling this. Anyone interested? I'll be listing it in the classifieds, unless one of the people I've offered it to wants it.

I think the tie is from the 1930s. It's about 47" long. In the white wheels is written "Rotary International". Mitsukoshi is a department store that was established in 1673 in Tokyo and formed a department store in 1683. Maybe this was a tie-in to an internation Rotary conference? Interesting anyway.

To bring up again the topic of hand-painted neckties:

First two are labeled "Hand Painted; third has no labels. First is acetate/nylon, and second is a Regal tie made of silk (rare to see a square-bottomed, hand-painted tie.

Those are nice. The one on the right is the best though.

The first time I wore (and posted) this nifty Korry tie, it didn't even get one mention from anybody. Today, though, I got two compliments at work. I guess it was worth the 2 bucks after all...

I think I remember you mentioned this tie before. I can't believe it took you this long to wear it.

I would have worn it the first chance I got.

What I've got on right now: From Wembley, c.early '50s; feels like rayon/acetate.
