Then squeezed a quarter of a lemon and poured it with Jim Beam Black and Cointreau over the blackberries still in the strainer and pushed it all around into the shaker. Iced and shaken and into a cocktail glass with an orange rind and called it a BlackJack, because that's what The Cheesecake Factory calls it.

I would cut the lemon juice by half if it was for me. Then again, I would have used a rye instead of the Jack too. Wait, I would have to substitute some Chambord for the blackberries too as I don't have any handy.

Hear Hear! Today is another drinking day here in Norway (I´m not an alcoholic, but tomorrow, may 17th, is our constitution day (like the 4th of july in the US) so the 16th of may is the "national drinking day" haha) , and I´m not going to say that "I´ll go easy on the alcohol" either, ´cause that would be a blatant lie!
