@Marla: I wish I was part of that brooch club too. It looks lovely :)

@Wahine: I hope you can get that fixed without too much input. Would be a shame if it was reduced to decorating.

I got some nice things today on the flea market:

2 magazines from 1953 including patterns, Schachenmayr knitting and crocheting tutorials from 1934

Call me daredevil: I'm trying to fix it myself. Not all alone though, I logged into a record player board and receive a great deal of help.

Those Brigitte magazines are marvellous! Is there another picture of the pink dress in the middle inside the magazine? Is the top a jacket or a stole?
And another of those asymmetric hats, suits you very well. :thumb:

@wahine: The dress doesn´t appear a second time. It´s also not on the pattern. But there´s other nice things inside :)

I recently bought these Clarks brogues and absolutely adore them, they are so comfy and dainty (even though the stock photo makes them look clunky, they aren't):

I love them so much I also got the black and white, and may love these even more.

I bought these from a friend, they're at least 100 years old according to her calculations and she only asked for 30 euros! I'm still feeling like I got my xmas present half a year in advance <3
(they're a narrow size 38 1/2, and made in extremely soft leather, so unbelievably comfortable to wear!)

Lovely! Have you taken them to a cobbler for a cleaning and condition? They look so clean! I just tend to do that with all my newly acquired vintage shoes. I get nervous about them and want them to last.
