Yes, the sweatband is buttoned in. Lots of buttons all around it.

Yep. Its a bit of a gamble on the size though. The seller's stated circumference of 21 inches made no sense at all so I asked for the length and width. The reported 7 3/4 in long and 6 1/2 in wide is identical to a 7X Clear Beaver in 7 1/8 that fits me perfectly. My guess is that this hat is an undersize 7 1/4 which may be why it never got worn much.

Thanks Randall for the nice comment.

I got this. In the middle of the Picture you see a very nice Panniza with wider brim, I hope he is a Panniza.
The other Hats, left a green Panniza, and in the right edge a Hückel. The other two Hats unknown.
