US/UK 16 would be a 41 in the metrical system and a L for the signum shirt. They are rather slim fit on the chest/waist. Maybe a 41.

I think this is the coolest shirt I've found so far. It's a sports shirt with a detachable collar that fastens with a load of buttons. Brown and cream houndstooth, interesting cuffs and faux pullover style buttoning, MOP buttons, breast pocket.
Incredibly rare find in Finland, as all clothes, especially the more everyday items, were usually used until they were in such bad condition that they were only good for carpets. Yes, Finns made carpets out of old clothing... Thanks a lot grandma!
In the pictures the shirt is out of the bag and not ironed.

Absolutely Joel. While placing your order, just add "Spear collar" to the notes. The spear collar is also available with single side fusing and unfused, with or without collar stay pockets.
You can also choose traditional side cuts like in the image below:

Have been making custom shirts for a couple of months now and the quality and fit feedback have been amazing.
For the unfused, we have a custom-made lining that gives body to the long collar points. Paired with special thick steel collar-stays, the collars remain the way they are supposed to.
Looking forward to posting on the merchant forum, as soon as I have permissions.

Spear point collars seem to be making a small comeback. 
Luxire, you might want to consider making the unfused ones with a strip of thin linen interlining. Most shirtmakers just don't get this detail right. A long spear point collar isn't supposed to have "body", meaning being kind of stiff. They need to be floppy! If you want to keep those collars in line you need a collar bar, not stiff interlining.

We have made it lined with oxford fabric before for the floppiness. But will certainly do the linen experiment the coming week. Will post images once ready.
Our lining is not stiff, but it is slightly thick. Its made double brushed for extra softness.
A buyer had recently asked for pinholes on the spear collars for attaching the collar bar. With shirred shoulders and back, it was a beautiful shirt.

Fabrics from Getzner e.g., splitter back yoke, matching stripes/ checks... looks like some fine shirts at this price... but I can´t imagine that they can be made with profit without doing them in a low- wage country.

We are an NJ based company and had started by manufacturing in our small warehouse in Edison, NJ. But, were not able to achieve the quality and the attention to detail that we would have liked, without bringing in workers from the "low wage countries". Thus, we set up our own manufacturing facility in India. We are approved by some of major global brands, for whom we make OEM clothing. We also surpass all WARP and BSCI norms.
Thus, though we are in a "kind-of-low" wage country, our costs of manufacture are "not-so-low".
"Made-with-profit" is yet to be achieved. But, we should get there with better volumes.
But, we have achieved what we were aiming for, quality of the highest order, almost close to some of the best Italian shirts.

Hmm. This is really frustrating. I don't have a single vintage shirt in my collection so far, regardless of the collar style. Not one. The few ones I've found here in Berlin (and I'm talking maybe five at the most) were usually way too short in the sleeves department or ridiculously overpriced for the condition they were in. Ah well...

For the "average customer" it´s may not that important... but as a maker I like to know where and how things are made... no offend at all
Absolutely not mate. For a company that was conceived as a "Proudly Made in USA" brand, the reality bytes have been extreme. Though, moving manufacturing to where it all started remains a goal.
Your caps look real good. Will sometime share images of my amateur cap creations.
